Womens One World
At Womens One World Charity, we are dedicated to providing healthcare, support, education, and empowerment services to women from ethnic minority communities, both pregnant and non-pregnant, who require medical care and guidance. Alongside medical services, we provide teaching and training to empower women to care for themselves, their children, and their families with confidence and independence.
Our charity is committed to extending quality healthcare services to underserved communities through a range of accessible and sustainable initiatives.
We will establish *free medical clinics in peripheral and underserved areas*, operating on a rotating schedule to ensure that different communities receive regular access to essential healthcare services. For example, a new location may be served each week, allowing us to reach a wider population that otherwise has limited access to medical care.
In *Kolkata, we aim to establish a dedicated **Charity Clinic and Diagnostic Centre*. Access to these services will be provided based on clearly defined eligibility criteria, ensuring that charitable resources are directed towards individuals and families who need them most.
To strengthen emergency medical support, we plan to bring *ambulances from the United Kingdom* and develop a structured training programme for NGOs interested in participating in our healthcare initiatives. This training will be delivered by experienced British ambulance professionals, equipping local organisations with practical knowledge and best practices in emergency response and patient transport.
As part of our commitment to community healthcare development, we also intend to modernise and professionalise the traditional *Aya Service*. Through structured training, certification, and recognised professional standards, the programme will provide young women with valuable healthcare skills, enhanced career opportunities, and a respected professional designation while improving the quality of care delivered within local communities.
Through these initiatives, we aspire to build stronger healthcare networks, empower local organisations, create meaningful employment opportunities for women, and deliver compassionate medical care to underserved populations.
