Prema and Pankej have a vision for their Six Pillars of Holistic Care: Yoga, Meditation, Massage, Diet, Breathing, and Therapy. Prema, born in India and trained in the UK, together with British-born Pankej, are passionate about introducing the holistic, Ayurvedic, and spiritual aspects of care to the clinic. Their aim is to support women over the long term through revolutionary natural approaches to health and wellbeing.
